Quality Control Specialist

Position Requirements

1. Familiar with the company's integrated management system, familiar with the production process and quality standards of optical products.

2. Proficient in using MS Office software and ERP system software.

3. Proficient in English reading and writing skills.

4. Execution ability, communication skills, quick response ability, teamwork spirit.

5. Bachelor's degree or above in optoelectronics, mechanics, and engineering.

6. More than 5 years of work experience in manufacturing enterprises; Familiar with ISO9001/14001 and other system requirements; Familiar with quality tools and methods such as APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, etc.

Job Responsibilities

1.Establish, implement, maintain and improve the quality management system. Create the annual quality system work plan, conduct internal and external audits, monitor, check, and report the quality system operation status, propose improvement suggestions, and organize the implementation.

2.Host the non-conforming material review board, drive the disposition plan for non-conforming products in time, analyze the products scrap rate, assist and push the engineering and production departments to analyze the root causes of the defects, and create and implement corrective and preventive measures.

3.According to the company's requirements for continuous improvement, issue CAPAs for internal quality issues based on the CAPA conditions and confirm the implementation and effectiveness of CAPA actions.

4. Maintain the list of all monitoring and measuring equipment, manage the calibration cycle, arrange calibration on schedule, cooperate with the engineering department to confirm the calibration results, and conduct risk assessment and corresponding disposition of the measured products in case of calibration result is not good.

5. Complete the other tasks assigned by QA manager.
