Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Requirments

1. Familiar with the company's integrated management system, familiar with the production process and quality standards of optical products.

2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

3. Good execution ability, communication skills, quick response ability, teamwork spirit.

4. Bachelor's degree or above in optoelectronics, mechanics, and engineering.

5. More than 5 years of work experience in manufacturing enterprises; Familiar with ISO9001/14001 and other system requirements.

Main Resposibilites

1. Conduct the quality system audit, and process audit to the potential suppliers in the new supplier development process if necessary, and so to help the procurement department to develop the new suppliers which meet the requirements.
2. According to company's annual quality objectives and the supplier's annual development plan, monitor the supplier's incoming material yield rate, detect the changes and deviations for the incoming materials timely, and implement necessary improvement measures together with the procurement department; Conduct supplier audits in accordance with the supplier's annual audit plan, and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of the improvement measures.
3. According to the company's requirements for suppliers, issue SCARs for supplier quality issues based on the SCAR conditions and confirm the implementation and effectiveness of the SCAR actions.
4. Cooperate with the Jenoptik group to implement the supplier audit and other management works when necessary; Complete the other tasks assigned by QA manager.
