Job Responsibility
- Sales Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking potential deals through each stage, utilizing strong sales forecasting techniques to prepare accurate revenue projections that inform strategic planning.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing customer accounts and identify new potential customers in the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
- Product Promotion and Proposal Development: Advocate for products and solutions tailored to customer needs, collaborating with sales and project management teams in Taiwan and headquarters to create customized proposals.
- Market Opportunity Monitoring: Track market trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management and headquarters to support strategic decision-making.
- Participation in Marketing Activities and Reporting: Engage in marketing initiatives and ensure timely submission of weekly reports to management on activities and outcomes, contributing to overall sales strategy effectiveness.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree.
- Multinational Company Experience:Proven experience working in a multinational company, demonstrating adaptability to diverse business environments.
- Sales and Business Development:Minimum of 5 years in sales, key account management, or business development roles, with a strong background in mechanics measurement, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with experience in optical measurement, large equipment sales, and managing large projects will be given preference.
- Understanding of Taiwan's Business Ecosystem and Analytical Skills:Strong understanding of the operational dynamics within Taiwan's industrial and electronic sectors, coupled with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Local Resident Preferred:Due to the optical industry cluster in Taichung City, candidates willing to relocate or already residing there will be prioritized.
- Proactive Problem Solver and Strong Negotiation Skills:Takes initiative to effectively address challenges and achieve favorable outcomes through negotiation.
- Results-Oriented Team Player with Excellent Communication Skills:Focused on achieving goals while collaborating well with others and communicating clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in written and spoken on English and Mandarin.
- Regular visits to clients in Taiwan, with planned trips to customer overseas branches every 3 to 6 months.
