Job Responsibility

  • Machine installation, relocation and commissioning in Asia region;
  • Trouble shooting, test and analyze complex issues related to Jenoptik products
  • Make recommendations regarding upgrades, service or repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment;
  • Assist with clients over the phone or other tool in the office and in person off-site;
  • Customer training, application support and optimization;
  • Operation of application center machines;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Engineering.
  2. Knowledge of Siemens PLC and programming of main strain industrial Roberts(eg. ABB / Staubli);
  3. At least 3 years working experience in field service in equipment industry;
  4. Experience with laser material processing is a strong advantage.
  5. Customer oriented, analytical mind and problem solving ability;
  6. Team player, can work under pressure;
  7. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
  8. Fluent English skill, both oral and writing
