Ihre Aufgaben:
 

  • Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten, z.B. zu Change-Management und im Onboarding-Prozess 
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung
  • Durchführung von Recherchen, Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen in Excel und PowerPoint
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Mitarbeiterinformationen
  • Vorbereitung von Kommunikationsunterlagen 

 

Ihr Profil: 

  • Immatrikulierte*r Student*in (w/m/d) an einer deutschen Hochschule/Universität 
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft flexibel zu agieren
  • Hervorragende, analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit Anforderungen adressatengerecht aufzunehmen und zu verarbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
