Responsibilities:
- First contact person (m/f/d) for our customer for technical questions and problems concerning our systems and devices around hardware and software
- Recording and processing of technical customer enquiries via phone, ticket and remote tools
- Independent fault diagnostics and correction, taking into account the service levels in different ticket systems
- Analysis of system states
- If required, coordination of troubleshooting measures in close cooperation with 3rd level support and the development department
- Close and trusting communication with the customer
- Seamless documentation of the activities performed in the respective ticket system
- Execution of customer training (worldwide)
- Support for demanding initial installations, test installations and plant demonstrations (worldwide)
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A successfully completed technical training as IT specialist , IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, relevant professional experience in the areas of activity described above
- Initial experience in problem analysis, solution finding and technical support
- Operational experience in dealing with ticket systems and analysis tools is advantageous
- High IT affinity
- Quick comprehension and pleasure in getting to know new products and technologies
- Independent, quality-oriented as well as customer and service-oriented working methods
- High communication skills and fluent German
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident, obliging and friendly appearance
- Team Spirit
- Ready to travel (worldwide)
