  • First contact person (m/f/d) for our customer for technical questions and problems concerning our systems and devices around hardware and software
  • Recording and processing of technical customer enquiries via phone, ticket and remote tools
  • Independent fault diagnostics and correction, taking into account the service levels in different ticket systems
  • Analysis of system states
  • If required, coordination of troubleshooting measures in close cooperation with 3rd level support and the development department
  • Close and trusting communication with the customer
  • Seamless documentation of the activities performed in the respective ticket system
  • Execution of customer training (worldwide)
  • Support for demanding initial installations, test installations and plant demonstrations (worldwide)



Qualified candidates will possess:


  • A successfully completed technical training as IT specialist , IT system electronics technician or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, relevant professional experience in the areas of activity described above
  • Initial experience in problem analysis, solution finding and technical support
  • Operational experience in dealing with ticket systems and analysis tools is advantageous
  • High IT affinity
  • Quick comprehension and pleasure in getting to know new products and technologies
  • Independent, quality-oriented as well as customer and service-oriented working methods
  • High communication skills and fluent German
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident, obliging and friendly appearance
  • Team Spirit
  • Ready to travel (worldwide)
