Frontend Developer - React JS (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain ReactJS frontend components that power our web application
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and our internal coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to your peers
  • Implement and optimize RESTful API connections, and ensure they are secure, efficient, and easy to use
  • Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor backend and frontend components, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and security of our systems, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably with ReactJS
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, and experience with data persistence, caching, and asynchronous processing
  • Proficient in ReactJS, and related tools and frameworks, as well as TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, and knowledge of API design principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, preferably MS Azure), and experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
