Director Quality (f/m/d) Division SMS

Your responsibilities:

As Director Quality (m/f/d) you are responsible for Quality Management and Quality Assurance in the division. 
In particular, this includes the following tasks:

• You lead and develop the employees and teams in your area: Quality Management, Test & Release Management, Incoming Goods Inspection, End of Line Inspection, Supplier Quality Management, Production Engineering & Testing
• You collect and monitor quality indicators, derive meaningful measures and action plans from their development and track their implementation
• You will also ensure an effective and efficient process for processing and resolving internal and external quality reports. This includes the assessment of quality risks as well as the definition and tracking of necessary measures in the event of deviations.
• You will support the product development process to ensure a high level of product maturity for market launch
• By continuously training the organisation and monitoring corresponding projects and initiatives, you ensure efficient processes that are documented in our process management tool 
• You are responsible for conducting internal and external audits as well as external quality certifications (e.g. ISO9001)
• As Director Quality, you are a driver of continuous improvement and an advocate of high quality awareness throughout the division

Your qualification:

As the perfect candidate, you have the following qualifications and qualities:

• University degree (Master's degree) in a technical field of study
• At least eight years of experience in Quality Management and/or Quality Assurance
• Experience in leading teams
• Pragmatic and solution-orientated way of working
• Strong customer focus 
• Good communicator at all levels (from shop floor to senior management)
• Perseverance in the implementation of change
• You exemplify our corporate values of open, driving and confident
• You are fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel internationally (15%)
