Field Data Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Field Data Specialist to join our team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on field technical data to support business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, analysis, and visualization, with a strong technical foundation and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business stakeholders
- Design and implement data management systems and processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on data management systems and tools
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and analytics
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in data management, analysis, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, QuickBase)
- Experience with database management systems and data governance principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience with QuickBase, programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#), Agile development methodologies, or certifications in data management or data science can be an asset.
