Working student (f/m/d) Corporate Innovation Management

The goal of Corporate Innovation at Jenoptik is to harness the power of digital technologies to develop new business models that create value for Jenoptik and its customers across different business areas.
As a working student you will work closely with Jenoptik's Digital Business Managers to identify and evaluate new digital innovation projects for and with Jenoptik customers. Your main goal is to help with project-related research, identifying business potential, visualising ideas and creating concrete concepts that can be handed over to the development teams.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Research on e.g. digital use cases, target group needs, market potentials, competing solutions
- Support in onsite and remote workshops
- Develop solution ideas, visualizations and/or design concepts
- Support in company internal events and other formats to inspire and connect on digital innovation
- Evaluate digital innovation ideas on their business potential
- Support in managing digital innovation projects
- Research on innovation approaches and methodologies in similar industries
Your qualifications:
- Current studies (Master's/Diploma) in the field of business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or similar.
- Ideally already experience (internship or work experience) in consulting, digital design or practical entrepreneurial project work.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods for market and competition research, target group analysis.
- Knowledge of business analysis methods
- Basic knowledge of (agile) project management
- Initial experience with design thinking and / or other idea generation and analysis approaches
- Very good knowledge of English
