Ihre Aufgaben: 

 

  • Unterstützung im ESG-Quartalsabschluss: Sammlung, Konsolidierung und Prüfung von Emissionsdaten aus über 20 internationalen Standorten mit dem Konsolidierungssystem LucaNet
  • Vorbereitung der Dokumentation für Wirtschaftsprüfer: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung klarer, nachvollziehbarer Arbeitsunterlagen und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Unterstützung im EU-Taxonomie-Reporting: Mitarbeit bei der Ermittlung und Aufbereitung von EU‑Taxonomie‑Kennzahlen (CapEx, OpEx, NetSales) im Rahmen der Nachhaltigkeitsbericht-erstattung
  • Excel‑basierte Analysen: Verarbeitung von Daten, Plausibilitätschecks, Aufbau von Templates
  • Kommunikation mit Standorten weltweit: Nachverfolgung fehlender Daten, Klärung von Rückfragen, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität

 

Ihr Profil: 

 

  • Immatrikulation in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sichere Anwendung von Excel (insbesondere Pivot-Tabellen, komplexe Formeln, Datenbereinigung und Power Query)
  • Einarbeitung in komplexe Daten und Zusammenhänge sowie strukturierte Auswertung
  • Interpretation von Gesetzestexten und Überführung in praktische Anforderungen
  • Präzise und verständliche Darstellung von Methoden und Ergebnissen
  • Kenntnisse im Nachhaltigkeitsreporting (CSRD, EU-Taxonomie, Scope 1-3 Emissionen) sind von Vorteil
