Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Durchführung von Recherchen im Bereich Skill Management
  • Aufbereitung der ermittelten Informationen und Projektergebnisse in präsentationsgerechten Formaten (z.B. PowerPoint-Präsentationen)
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektkoordination, einschließlich der Planung und Durchführung von Treffen sowie der Verfolgung von Meilensteinen
  • Aktive Projektmitarbeit, insbesondere in der Konzepterstellung sowie in der Planung und Umsetzung des Projektes
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens zur Erfassung und Analyse der Mitarbeiterfähigkeiten

 

Ihr Profil: 

 

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Interesse an Learning & Development und Skill Management
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivation und Engagement am Projekt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
