HR Administrator
Role Description
The HR Administrator is responsible for all elements of administration within the HR function. We are looking for a diligent, people centric administrator to serve our team’s needs. This role will lead the company’s recruitment activities and assist in onboarding new team members, as well as overseeing benefits administration and supporting wider HR initiatives and projects.
About You:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and to tight timescales while managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for people, continuously helping improve the way we work, in serving our teams needs and delivering a quality service.
Location:
Office based – Watchmoor Park, Camberley
Core Responsibilities:
· Recruitment administration: including arranging interviews, right to work checks and issuing offer letters and contracts.
· Administration of contractual changes, amendments to payroll and company policies.
· Administration of annual leave and absence.
· Managing offboarding activities.
· Administration of company benefits.
· Ensuring the HRIS system and employee files are up to date.
· Assisting the HR Manager with wider people focused projects and initiatives.
· Respond to queries from employees and managers, escalating where necessary.
· Raising Purchase Orders for any HR related invoices
· Administration of employee vetting.
Desired skills and experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in HR would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT and Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
