UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX designer with good design understanding to join our team and contribute to the development of our modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software UI/UX design and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, exceptional creativity, and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems. You will be responsible for creating designs for highly intuitive and performant web applications.

Responsibilities:

1.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities.
2.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
3.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
4.Ensure designs are consistent with our design system and brand guidelines.
5.Present and communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
6.Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and optimized for performance.
7.Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2.Proven experience of minimum 3-5 years as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
3.Expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of the React ecosystem.
4.Solid understanding of user-centric design principles, design thinking, and visual design.
5.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work for web applications.
6.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
7.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
