Job Responsibility
- Maintain existing customers and pushing forward projects, establish a sound and sustainable relationship with customers.
- New customer development and new products sales at existing customers.
- Actively collect intelligence of market demands and trends.
- Push new projects, monitor project progress and take care of customer demands. Make a summary of project and file related documentation.
- Take initiatives to handle commercial aspects of responsible customers and markets, follow-up on quotation, sample handling and contract reviewing, deliveries and accountable receiving payments.
- Work closely with project / product management team to launch customized products fit Chinese market, providing proposals and involve in the discussion of price and technical related issues;
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above, marketing or mechanical manufacturing related majors.
- Has sales experience of optic/optoelectronic products, willingness to familiarize with LED and cLRF topics.
- Familiar with optical lens, process of lens development and manufacturing is preferred.
- 3 years or above sales experience, sales experience of automotive OEM polymer lens or lens modules are preferred.
- Working experience with matrix and German company is a plus.
- Proactive character with good interpersonal and negotiation skill, willing to reach out to HQ for support.
- To the point when it comes to analysis or customer discussions.
- Liable person with hands-on mentality, able to work under pressure.
- Driving ability, able to drive things forward.
- Fluent in English.
- Adapt to frequent travel domestic and overseas, 30%-50%.
